Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We ship using ‘Ship Rocket’ (www.shiprocket.in) logistics platform which caters to most of the Pin codes within India. For places where ‘Ship Rockets’ Logistics partners don’t deliver, we use the services of ‘India Post’ either by ‘Registered Parcel’ or ‘Speed Post’
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Domestic shipping:
1) Flat shipping rates are charged at three levels. These shipping rates are inclusive of packaging and handling costs.
a. Within Karnataka: INR 80/order
b. Rest of India (ex-Karnataka): INR 120/order.
c. J&K and NE India: INR 150/order
These options are also displayed for selection at check-out and you can select the appropriate option based upon the delivery address geographical location.(i.e. within Karnataka or Rest of India (ex-Karnataka)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur but our customers are kept informed via the tracking details offered by Ship Rocket or India Post
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Earthy Showers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Earthy Showers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Our packaging is done in such a way that there are minimum chances of the products getting damaged within the box as we keep adequate buffer material.
It could be possible that during shipping due to poor handling by the ‘logistics company/provider’, the box could be damaged but such an event is rare. If you received your box damaged which has also damaged the product contents inside, then we will reach out to the ‘logistics company/provider’ for any possible claims from their side.
However, Earthy Showers will not be liable to any claims for damaged goods received due to poor handling by the ‘logistics company/provider’.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
International orders are currently delivered using ‘India Post’ registered parcel service.. Tracking number will be shared with customer once shipping is done. To calculate the cost of international shipping please consider the shipping to be ~40% of the order value in USD. In case there are major deviations in this then either a refund will be done of the extra amount or more payment will be required from the customer to Earthy Showers before shipping. The shipping amount is also inclusive of extra packaging and handling costs needed for international orders.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
